You will be expected to take greater responsibility for your own progress. Sixth form success is based on developing effective personal study habits and time management. You will be given help and guidance to develop these skills.

Simple study tips include:

• Identify coursework deadlines and keep to them.
• Plan your time effectively.
• Make use of in-school study time and facilities.

A purpose built Sixth Form Centre with facilities which include:

• Quiet study rooms fitted with networked PC's.
• A large social area with easy chairs and stereo.
• A large kitchen area for making tea, coffee and snacks.
• A teaching area with computers and interactive white board.
• Many subject areas like Maths, Technology, Art & PE provide study area.
