1. I can't see the "The Meden School & Technology College" banner at the top of the site. Why is this?
   This is because the banner requires the latest version of Macromedia Player. Simply go to our Downloads section and download a free copy. Install it and revisit this site. The banner will now be visibible. In addition, you may be able to automatically download it when you visit this site by clicking on the area where the banner should be.
   
2. When I click on a link nothing happens. Why is this?
   When this happens it is referred to as a "broken link", which means the link goes to nowhere. To fix this problem simply use the Feedback form and inform us what link is broken and it will be fixed.
   
3. I need more help. What now?
   Simply contact The Meden School using the Feedback form and ask for additional help. If you use the feedback form you will receieve a response within 2 hours.
