Each boy should have a pair of black shorts, White 'T' shirt, white ankle socks and training shoes (with non-marking soles) for indoor activities and a blue and white reversible rugby shirt, black shorts, blue football socks and studded football boots for outdoor activities. Each girl should have a pair of training shoes (with non-marking soles), a white shirt, a pair of white socks, black shorts any dark coloured sweat shirt.
  1. Students are responsible for looking after their P.E. kit which should be marked with their name and brought to school on the day required, preferably in a bag and kept with the child at all times.  It is always advisable to bring a plastic bag to put any wet kit in at the end of the lesson.
  1. All pupils must bring kit to take part in all Physical Education lessons. Those pupils who are unable to perform will participate in other roles such as officials, observers or recorders. They must bring a note from their parents to the P.E. teacher stating the reason. If a pupil is to be excused for a considerable period i.e. more than a month, a Doctor’s certificate should be sent.
  1. In cold weather boys and girls may wear a track suit or sweatshirt over the top of their kit. This will also be particularly beneficial for those pupils who will be participating in roles other than that of a performer.
  1. Parents should ensure that the Progress Leader is informed in confidence of any disability from which their child suffers so that due allowance can be made, where necessary, when arranging their child's P.E. programme.
