You will cover a wide range of topics using a variety of skills such as speaking, writing, translation, reading and listening. You will also look at cultural aspects of language learning including Spanish and South American traditions, music, food, sports, celebrations and global issues. You will continue to learn through a wide variety of tasks in class including pair/team work using the language in an interactive way.

People with language skills are in high demand and Spanish will help you in your future career in any area. The ability to speak two languages is a skill that few people can offer and is, therefore, respected by all employers and universities.
You will create greater opportunities for yourself working close to home, across the UK or abroad and anyone with a language can earn up to 10% - 15% more.
