This form is used to collect information regarding the KS4 options process and will only be used for this purpose. We need the information collected here to enable us to manage this process effectively. The information is for internal use only and will be stored on our internal servers. This information will be kept in line with our data retention policy.

All students will study English, Maths, Science, Core PE and PSHE.
In addition to these core subjects, they will study a further 3 or 4 subjects:
- Students who are in sets 1 and 2 for science, by the time we break up for Easter, will only choose 3 subjects as they will be studying the three single sciences.
- Students need to opt for 6 subjects in total. They will only study 3 or 4 of these but, as some subjects may not run due to a lack of demand or if 2 of their choices end up in the same block, it is important that we have reserve options. We will always do our best to fulfil students’ choices but every year (and in every school), there are students who have to study their reserve option choices, so it is important that these are considered carefully.

You MUST choose at least one of Spanish, History or Geography in your first four choices. You can choose more than one of these three subjects if you wish.
